Riverview Gardens® engages in a number of contracts with other non-profit organizations, churches, and for-profit organizations to provide general building maintenance, summer lawn care, and winter snow shoveling opportunities for ServiceWorks® job-training participants. The contracts provide additional work opportunities for participants to practice valuable leadership skills, and have transitional employment. The revenue earned from these contracts is reinvested in ServiceWorks to help more people build dignity.
