A unique culinary event for a unique community endeavor creating positive change.
Our 3rd Annual Chopped: Farm to Fork to Work live culinary competition and fundraising event was held on Thursday, October 10, 2019. Chopped is a unique event challenging local professional and celebrity chefs to prepare creative dishes in just 30 minutes using a surprise group of ingredients grown and sourced by Riverview Gardens.
Congratulations to Celebrity Chef Jay Bush of BUSH’S Best and Professional Chef Nea Hahn of Whisk & Arrow for their delicious creations!
We are thrilled to announce that we exceeded our expectations thanks to the incredible support from community members who believe in our mission and stand with us in the fight against poverty and homelessness! And a huge thank you to J. J. Keller Foundation for a $50,000 Challenge Match met that evening!
Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, donors and attendees! We cannot thank our community enough for the generosity and support we received to further our mission and support the individuals we serve each and every day. Riverview Gardens is planting the seeds of change and transforming lives in the community.
We look forward to another successful year and can’t wait to see you at Chopped 2020!
