Apply now for our free, 6-week adult culinary program at Riverview Gardens in Appleton, Wisconsin.
We offer hands on learning with an experienced chef instructor 2 days a week where you will learn knife skills, basic cooking methods, introduction to baking, dressings, stocks and sauces.
You will also spend 2 days a week learning soft skills / front of house skills such as customer service, communication, reliability, banquet set up and take down, equipment safety and mock interviews.
We are a CCEP eligible site.
Completion of this program will also include job placement and follow ups for up to 3 years.
Classes are Monday through Thursday, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
