At Riverview Gardens, our mission is to build dignity through job training and employment. For the last 13 years, our ServiceWorks® program has been supporting and assisting participants who face barriers to employment due to homelessness, mental health, drug addiction, justice involvement – or all of the above – by helping them to overcome those obstacles through job training in our social enterprises.
Our no-cost, 6-week culinary training program provides hands-on learning with an experienced chef instructor, life skills and barrier identification, coaching and teamwork as well as job placement assistance.
We are a CCEP eligible site.
Classes are Monday through Thursday, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm beginning January 6th, 2025.
